Spectronon
From SpectrononWiki
Spectronon is a software package that we wrote at Resonon for recording and analyzing hyperspectral images from our Pika II and airborne imaging spectrometers. It is built with Python and employs many excellent libraries (see Underlying Library Guide to learn which ones). Because single band, and three band RGB images are subsets of hyperspectral, you may find spectronon useful in other image processing domains as well. Because plotting and viewing images from a python command line is so easy and useful, you might use spectronon for something completely different. If so, please sign on the Forums, and let us know how you are using it.
Our easy installer is free and will give you fast access to a python command line with the plotting and image viewing power of numpy, matplotlib, PIL, and scipy.
